Aventurine cat carving

So yesterday I went to a mineral exposition about a 1 hour drive from here. It's a paradise for anyone who loves gems, minerals and fossils because they have a HUGE collection available!

Unexpectedly, I found some real treasures among all the sparkling stones.


A relatively big kitty carving (about one hand full). It looked lovely so I took along one of them c: Carved from green aventurine.
