Lol, they're pretty much the same. Just a lot of difference in size XD
The big head is for the 14 inch kazekage plush I'm working on. The small one is for my own little plush. Yes, mine has greener and slightly different eyes.
The big Gaara will get some visible stray hairs behind his ears too to make it look more like Shippuuden Gaara. Both of their hair still needs to be glued. The big head has triple layered hair as it wouldn't stand up on it's own with just a double layer.
